Noma is known for its well thought through style and interior design, but most of all for its exquisite raw ingredients, including a number of Greenlandic delicacies such as musk ox and lamb. The man responsible for the restaurant’s menu is chef René Redzepi, who has previously worked at 3-star Michelin restaurants at various locations throughout the world.
