Filming onboard Air Greenland's aircrafts

To get a permission to film onboard Air Greenland's aircraft you have to comply with certain criteria.

Air Greenland must be informed well in advance about the purpose of the film shooting and in which connection the footage will be used - including information about program profile, TV station and/or any other relevant issues. On the basis of this information, the Air Greenland sales and marketing department will assess whether the filming applies to the policies of Air Greenland.

If Air Greenland's profile cannot be identified and if the filming does not live up to Air Greenland's standards, we reserve the right to deny filming on board.

If, on the other hand, Air Greenland accepts the application and the filming on board the airline's fleet or at any of the airline's other facilities, the flight department must receive the names and civil registration numbers/documentation of all persons involved in the shooting. This information will be handed over to the captain and responsible cabin chief on the flight(s) in question.

The persons involved in the shooting must contact and identify themselves to the Air Greenland crew in connection with boarding.

Guests might be allowed in the cockpit briefly, but it is entirely the captain's decision to what extent it can be accepted and whether filming in the cockpit is allowed during take off and landing on the specific day.

The cabin chief assesses the possibility of filming in the cabin considering any inconvenience this might have to the crew and passengers. The cabin chief must inform the passengers about the filming and it's purpose. The passengers have the right to decline their participation.
