Tailored teambuilding courses in Greenland are becoming more and more popular, and there are courses of different lengths and degrees of difficulty on offer in Kangerlussuaq, Nuuk and Ilulissat.

The actual content and prices depend on the time of year and the destination chosen. One feature all the courses share is most of the programme takes place out in the wild. The rest takes place in training rooms, with theory and personal analyses.

The practical section can consist of many different kinds of tasks. In Kangerlussuaq and Nuuk, the task might be constructing simple bridges over fissures and rivers. In Ilulissat, dogsled trips are included where the participants have to drive the sled themselves, catch and prepare their dinner and build cavities in the snow drifts. Other challenges include glacier trekking and rappelling in the crevasses of the inland ice.
