Fundamental values

At Greenland Tourist and Business Council we adhere to a number of fundamental values that make up the basis of our way of thinking, working and developing the organisation. Our fundamental values have a clear focus on the employees, since we are convinced that they make up the foundation for the successful operation of the company.

Internal and external development
We aim to be a preferred employer that is recognised for the development of the potential of its employees, and which at the same time makes a contribution towards and takes active responsibility with respect to the development of Greenlandic society.

Work must be fun and challenging. At GTBC we work together because we all wish to make a difference and aim to be ever more efficient in our day-to-day work for the benefit of our customers.

A high level of service and quality are key concepts for us. We aim to achieve this through personal development of our employees and by providing the employees with the opportunity to exploit their full potential via in-service training and career opportunities.

The environment is our common responsibility. We will act in a responsible manner with respect to the environment and do what we can to ensure that others also take care of the environment.
