E-learning and certification - Greenland Informer
If as a travel agent you are considering selling Greenland as a destination or have just embarked on such an initiative, you can subscribe to our free online e-learning programme at www.greenlandinformer.com, which, in addition to providing comprehensive knowledge of Greenland, can result in you receiving certification. The certificate, which proves that you are an expert on Greenland, will enhance your credibility with respect to customers and is issued by the North Atlantic Tourism Association (NATA).

New online version of `Agents Manual´ - Greenland Travel Planner
From 2009, Greenland Tourism’s `Agent’s Manual´ will only be available in an online version. It will also be given a new name, ‘Greenland Travel Planner’, and will contain more or less the same information as before, although it will have a new structure. It is designed such that it can also be used by tourists, so you are more than welcome to refer your customers to the manual.
